Epoxy Coated Mesh

Epoxy coated mesh is made of stainless steel wire mesh, low carbon steel mesh  or aluminum alloy mesh coated with epoxy resin powder, and the wire mesh roll  was mainly used as filter parts, some are worked as fencing and window screenings etc.

Specification available in our company : 12x10 , 18x14 and 22x20, it is also no problem to produce according to customers requirements. After surface treatment, the interlacing points are fixed, the mesh holes are even and square, the warp and weft wires are vertical, the epoxy coated wire mesh is not easy to loosen and deform, and the supporting force is strengthened; The mesh surface is soft, the mesh is easy to be shaped. Different colors of powder can be coated. The color is even and consistent. For epoxy wire mesh, our company has two epoxy coated lines which are considered to be  advanced lines in Aisa.

Epoxy Coated Wire Mesh  Types

According to different application, epoxy mesh can be divided into industrial epoxy mesh and civil epoxy mesh.

• Industrial epoxy mesh mainly refers to aluminum alloy epoxy mesh and plain steel epoxy mesh, which are mainly used as the filter element supporting mesh, such as hydraulic filters, air filters and crude oil filters etc. to make certain good pleating results, give maximum air flow and also peak filtering.

• Civil epoxy mesh mainly refers to stainless steel epoxy mesh, which is mainly used in high-end residential and commercial building as security window screens.
